How is it going to affect the bite? I’m thinking about going out Sunday morning for a little while.

Should be red hot…the bait wad already beginning to crowd the shallows to spawn. But water temps were creeping up into the 80’s pretty good causing alot of fish to fall down to that 20-30’ mark… this cool front is gonna allow those fish to come back up and gorge themselves on spawning bait…
Just my opinion…
All this cut bait activity that has been going strong for the last week or 2 is gonna get affected the most I think. Heard a ton of peiple talking at the meeting how good its been with multiple teenagers and a few over 20#. I think those fish arent gonna be cruising the bottom unless your cut baiting in 5-15’ of water. But hey what do I know I hate cut baiting and can count on 1 hand how many times I have done it… ha…
If I were fishing the tx this weekend I would be selling out on pulling.

Fishing is tough on the back side of a cold front for me. I would not even have tried going today unless you bought my beer. But tomorrow looks like the wind is dying down and the front has passed long enough for fishing to improve.

Cutbait bite was still pretty strong today for us today in the tournament, anchoring on 2 points in 28 feet or so. We boated well over 40 fish with 15-18 keepers. Just never got the huge bite we needed and finished 7th. The winning team had a 19# to get the win with close to 40#'s total. FYI.
