So after our first year of getting recognized by the school and getting organized, this will be the first active year for the College of Charleston Fishing Club. I am reaching out to everyone in the local fishing community that may be able to offer advice, donations, sponsorship or any sort of general help. If you have any spare fishing equipment you are getting rid of it would be put to good use and would be appreciated greatly. Also if there are any fishermen who would be willing to do seminars we can provide a location on campus to do so. If you have any means of helping us, again and I apologize for repeating myself, but it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Connor

I am always looking for a home for tackle and rods/reels that will get a bit of use without going in the trash. Maybe you could post up an address to mail stuff to or have a local shop take up a collection.
I’m a senior at CofC and I’m interested in joining, how do I sign up? I’m an animator/digital artist so I’d be happy to do create logos for flyers/shirts/etc and help with website graphics if the club has a website.

We do not currently have a website but it would be great to get one up if we could. I’ll PM you my contact info so we can meet up this week

Please don’t hold that against him. He had no control over who is father is. I’ll say this. Connor is very passionate and enthusiastic when it comes to fishing. Unfortunately most of what he has learned has been from me.

Great job getting the program started. I started a club at a high school in the upstate 2 years ago. Great experience for the young anglers. If I can be of any assistance, don’t hesitate to call. I am no longer helping with the club and spend part of my time in Charleston. If you fish at Lake Murray, I might be able to help with housing. Good Luck setting the hook
Nice work. I only fished a few times while I was at CofC. If I knew then what I know now, I would have fished a lot more. I requested to join the facebook page. Would be happy to donate gear from time to time.
