Comcast cable goes off line again

at least in mt pleasant, is off today, also was off sunday (internet only was off line) on both days.
do you have these problems with knowology and at and T

Im thinking of changing , but if others are off line a lot too why bother.

they also seem to have moved their customer service to the Phillipines. has that been a recent change?, my call was on a weekday, mid afternoon.

I haven’t had many problems lately. We switched back a couple of years ago because the satellite didn’t work well out in the sticks…
Have more problems resulting in restaring the router/modem than losing service

We have uverse in West Ashley and it’s been great over the last year. No complaints. Stream movies all the time and never cuts out on us.

Router cycles occasionally but it’s never off more than a few minutes.

I love AT&T Uverse. I especially love WFN in the channel lineup.

I’ve never had a problem with their internet service.

After 17 years and constantly complaining about crappy picture quality, I kept Comcast internet and switched to Direct Tv… Awesome picture quality, more channels and I am spending less per month!! I can even take my garage box with me on the weekends and watch football in high def in the middle of the woods at the Hunting Club!! Don’t know why I didn’t switch years ago…

A bad day fishing is much better than a good day at work.

I just use my Apple TV for mobile watching of espn. needs a wifi signal though which can get throttled at big sporting events sometimes.

glad i dont have to deal with them anymore in georgia!

Did anyone notice the bandwidth usage meter on their Comcast user account? They change an extra $10 a month for 50gb if you go over the 300gb limit?

Sucks if you’re trying to rid yourself of the tv portion of your monthly bill and switching to streaming services.
