what has caused comcast cable and internet in mt please to be off 2 full days in the last 10 days?
are they having a major problem over here?
seems they should refund everyone a dollar a day when the cable is out- as a penalty
Also you technically pay for cable up front. My bill is a little North of 180. That’s at least $6 per day they owe me.

mine was out most of the day yest and goes out for short periods of time several days a month. and my wife and i thought time warner back home was bad!
I switched from Comcast to AT&T Uverse about six months ago. I’ve got fast internet and tons of HD programming, including WFN (the fishing channel), with a DVR for under $120.00.
Comcast? Never again. They want to charge you for any sort of service call even if it’s their fault. When I worked for a structured wiring company, 9 out of 10 calls were Comcast technicians’ fault.
Our Uverse DVR went out Tuesday morning while I was out fishing. My wife called, and AT&T sent a technician out. The DVR was replaced, and everything was fixed by the time I got home at 1 that afternoon.

It’s not only Mt.P,I live in Walterboro and mine has been out for the same amount of time,I called them all day yesterday and the recording on their phone said we are having network difficulties please call back at a later time,well at 9:00 i finally dialed the 1800 number and they didnt even know hat there was a problem.

hmmm i hope kings bay has at&t uverse then. we pay a bit over $100 for basic cable and internet (works when it wants to). granted all i watch on tv is local news (cant watch fox or anything else we dont get national news channels), weather channel, and duck dynasty, but for $10-15 more id be willing to get all the other stuff that my wife would undoubtedly like.
