Commercial red snapper catch-SC

I think you need to name the restaurant. We would all like to know where not to go if they are actually misleading customers.

Having worked on both sides I can assure you that no food service distributor would ever risk losing their federal seafood dealers license over miss-representing seafood. If a lie is told - its on the menu. One restaurant I know of gets around the “local seafood” label by keeping the seafood in the freezer a few days to meet residency requirements.

Ladson Seafood has “red” vermillion snapper for sale. They ignored me when I questioned them about it.
