There’s a couple of different recipes on the net. Some put the pan on the lower rack under the bird. Some say put the bird in the pan on top of rack makes it more juicy. You’ll get the jest of it.

Seldom get enough good ice to do it. Cold for 10 days building ice, then 3 days of 35 degrees turns it all to shlush. I don’t care what you’re telling 12-Footer, April is a LONG time away!
It’ll be alright. We’re already a couple of days closer to April. We’re spending our time gearing up for next season. Repairing rods/reels, relining reels (did that yesterday). Come April, an army of CFD/OFD addicts will be marching on the beaches, piers and anything that’s in our way.

im gonna have to burn more leaves after i get them raked up.ive done it once,so it wont be so bad when the rest come down off the trees.i have nothing but oaks in my yard.

I have two big dogs, so this time of year I work the area in the yard where they run and that keeps me busy for a month or two. a lab and a german shepherd can tear a yard up quick.
german shepards are great dogs.
i settled for a dachshund.hes a male.you ought to hear his growl.he actually thinks he scares you with it.
