Hey I am at our family house in Georgetown we have wireless but no one knows the password, I was able to hook up with my laptop by pressing the button on router that has arrows on it. Question is how can i hook up on i-phone or i-pad? how can i figure out password.
If it is still the factory password it should be on a sticker on the back/underside of the wireless router. It will be either the Wireless Key or WPA PSK. If it has been changed then I don’t know.

If the password is on the bottom and has been changed push in the reset button on the router. Or plug into it and type 192.168.0.1 address bar and go to wireless setup and see what the password is.

Learned this the hard way…
There are a good many programs out there that will safely store your user/pw info. Working with older parents, family members, and a ton of other stuff there is no way I could keep it all straight. Also most of them handle info like your credit cards, loose your wallet, you got everything in the program to report/replace it.
