We own a 2 Bd/2.5Bath condo at Mariner’s Cay on the Folly River and have leased a 30’ boat slip for the summer. If anyone is interested in renting the condo, the boat slip is free for your use. Would be a great opportunity in the summer to fish your butt off and not have to worry about putting boat in and out on a landing. You can see the north end of kiawah (boat accessible beach) from the condo. The complex has a pool as well and our unit is recently updated with brand new furniture! Slip includes power and water as well.
