Contractor Needed - West Ashley

I have a couple minor jobs for a licensed contractor. Anyone have any recommendations? Just the following jobs:

  1. Popcorn repairs on the kitchen ceiling
  2. Concrete repair on back door threshold
  3. Counter-balance repair on a window

Has to be a licensed contractor per the buyer’s request. Ready to get these done so we can sell this thing!
