Here’s a trout I fried recently. I took a cast iron skillet and place it over hot coals. Bought a seafood batter from Publix. Took fila’s and covered them in flour, then dipped in egg, then into a large zip loc bag with my seafood batter. Covered them good. It was excellent!!!
