Headed out of Bushy around 6:45. Started throwing topwater around the same spots I did last week. Only difference this week produced a lot of topwater bite. After that I started throwing 1/4 oz jig w/ paddle tails. The trout didn’t seem to like any color better than the next. Ended with the day with 5 trout and 1 red. My buddy that was with me hooked into the biggest catfish I’ve seen on the river. Got all the way to the boat a broke off. Water temp between 66-69. Lots of bait in the water
