Cooper River Gold

Caught a couple good fish yesterday. Seems promising even after all the flood and rain there are still a few left to find. Caught all on MM’s but of the 8-10 trout caught I noticed 2 of them had shrimp antennas hanging out of their guts and mouth, for sure a good sign! Water was incoming and about 71. Lots of small trout but lots of fun too.

Now before y’all make comments about her glove, that was her way of being able to touch the bait! She didn’t mind touching the fish
but didn’t want to mess with the minnow…I know they’re fish too but what can ya do! This is one I didn’t mind being down from Ohio LOL

Thanks y’all! Hopefully be going couple times this coming week! I was worried about all the rain too, water was taller than I had ever seen it too. Was for sure promising seeing the shrimp in their mouths too. Didn’t go yesterday, must have me confused with someone else. She’s not my sister but she is very nice, in all means of the word no doubt. But anyway, I wonder how long the water will be stained though, because it wasn’t really muddy more stained than anything…
