Cooper river sheeps

Fished the cooper yesterday and had some great result. Got the bout hour after low tide and man where the sheeps hungry. Caught 2 at 17 inches and than bam I put a 20 inch fish in the box, as I was about to leave I put my last mud crab on and my rod doubled over, drag was super tight and he still pulled drag. 5 minutes later he was netted, my personal best 24 and a half inches weighting in at 11 lbs 8 ounces

Nice catch!!

Man that is great. I have yet to add a sheep to my “have caught” list. Those are really nice.

Man I love it, Sellsfish got me hooked on catching them

Very nice! I would love to catch some sheeps this year, but have never targeted them. Anything you try to look for other than structure?

Man those are some really nice sheepshead. Ill be home in Dec and was wondering if they can still be caught there in the winter months or do they all move out to the NS reefs?
