Cooper River What is this Slam Called ???

Fished today with long time 82 year old partner. Unhooked at boat 2 - 3 to 4 feet garfish, 2 - 2 to 3 feet Ladyfish. Caught 2 - Catfish (small), 1 - Bluefish, 4 - Flounder, 2 - Rat Reds, 3 - Trout. Finger Mullet under floats and on Carolina Rigs on points an along grass edge on both sides of High Tide. Partner took home 1 - 14 1/2 Trout and a 15 1/2 Flounder home for super.

a fun slam or at least an interesting slam !!!

Most fun for me was the 3 foot Ladyfish(Baby Tarpon), that thing rip off drag and skied about 5 times!

Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it!

Ladyfish are fun to catch but man are they slimy.

Poor man’s Tarpon!! I love catching those things, especially on light gear. Granted, like AP said, it’s all fun and games until you get’em in the boat.

IDK but its that time of year to target the Margarita Slam (Redfish / Trout / Flounder / Striper / Largemouth). Bonus points if you catch them on the same lure!
