cork grip

on my fly rod the cork is starting to get worn and little pieces are starting to break off. is there a way to fix that prevent it or repair it.

Take it to Haddrells and see if they do repair on those. To my knowledge they do not … Seems like it would be very difficult to replace

Sounds like a good excuse for a new rod:smiley:

Simple fix is exterior rated wood filler made by Elmers or Minwax. A little more complex repair is Duco glue mixed with cork dust. Cork is a tree product. It's an inexpensive rod, correct?
