Corn

Does anyone know where I can get good full bags of cob corn for the upcoming deer season for a decent price. I figure it should be cheaper this year considering the good crop. I am looking to buy 150 bags to stock our club up for the season. If anyone has any ideas shoot me a pm or let me know. Thanks!

We do the same thing, I will check with the person that buys for our club to see where he gets it from…

If you’re near St Mathews there is Wannamaker feed and seed company that sells bag corn by the pallet. They call there shelled corn “candy corn” and it was always very clean so it didn’t clog feeders.

I’ll have some in a couple of weeks. Be careful buying too much of this years crop this early. the moisture is still high and it won’t keep very long, especially bagged up. Only get what you’ll use within a few weeks for now. by late Aug. or early Sept. you should be ok to stock up.

the price of corn should drop pretty significantly within the next two weeks, so don’t buy more than you can use til then

'bout time

I want 25-30 bags if any of y’all wanna pm me a price. I’ll pick them up.

I stopped at the gas station in jacksonboro today to buy some loose corn. come to find out they had cobbed corn. But when the lady took me outside to the trailer to get the cob corn, I reached inside to grab a few bags and it come to find out most of the corn had softball sized clumps of mold on them. they had over 100 bags, but i am pretty sure its all ruined.
