Have any of you fished the Cosgrove Tidal Flats on the Ashley River at the end of the bridge. If so, is it easy to get to without taking a boat?

I’ve fished the mud flats, from foot, canoe and boat never fished the grass though. You can walk the south-west side around the corner a hundred yards or so and will see some fish now and then. Any where else and you will sink up to your neck.
