I know that a few members here were part of the initial contributors to our IndieGoGo trail campaign in 2013. So thank you again for your contributions. Indiegogo has closed the ability make updates since so many years have passed.
Others here were interested in the project and seeing the exotic wildlife in Costa Rica.

We left Costa Rica in February 2020 for about a month. I was not allowed to return until late November. The 15 or so trail cameras were not prepared for the rainy season in September and October and as a result 12 of the 15 cameras had failed when I got back to them. The others had dead batteries.

That being said, we had some remarkable findings on the cameras. The biggest one was the very first puma captured by a trail camera on our property. That occurred in late October, just as the camera was starting to fail.

Costa Rica restricted driving to only 5 days a week and only emergency driving was permitted from 10pm-5am because of the pandemic. As a result, we believe that animals were able to move around a bit more during the night.

We made several videos telling the story of the last year including one about a young Ocelot, named Camelot.
The video above shows Camelot and her jungle friends as they romped around the jungle in December and January.
