Actually went out Friday morning. Needless to say we had the water all to ourselves. Caught two reds pretty quick then nothing for 3 hours. Tried one last place on the way back and ended up catching 20+ slot and over size fish. And losing at least 6 or 7. Kept 5 nice eaters and ended up running out of bait. Good way to end a windy lip chapping day! Caught them on mud minnows, live shrimp and cut mullet. Actually were large mullet running in the creeks too.
