Good looking grub Northchucky. A quick and easy sauce for that tuna is mix siracha with mayo to the heat you like, add a few dashes of soy and a squeeze of lime. Put it in a squirt bottle and shake. It is a great combo for tuna and avocado.Making me hungry, but then again I’m alway’s hungry:smiley:
