Made it out to the Mcmarln Ledge on the COVERED UP yesterday. Nice day on the water. Picked at the Mahi throughout the day. The planer rod did its job and talked a fine bull into giving up. Then came a couple more solid bites I thought were Hoos but turned out to be stud AJ’s. Pink and white seemed to be the hot ticket. Ended the day with 10 Mahi and a snake wahoo about 30lb. These fast CC’s got me spoiled now, came home at almost 60 MPH on a flat cam ocean. Them three verados were screamin!! Makes 24 knots feel like youre sittin still.
