We were hoping a little rain and cold snap would bring em in…Only say 4 or so other boats out there tonight. Shrimp were much bigger than 2 weeks ago. Numbers were still poor…Best cast of the night was maybe a dozen…Ended with about a quarter to third of a cooler. All large, no mediums or smalls in the mix. Started throwing at 7:30, pulled polls @ 9:30.
at least the size is improving…now when the numbers improve all will be good!

I was on Crab also - same report - Jumbos but the numbers were not that high. I think it was more to do with the tide ( dead low ).

not really - we were only out for about two hours ( dead low ) - no tide ever over the bait.
