Crab rice? I am going to need you to elaborate…
Do not tell fish stories where the people know you; but particularly, don’t tell them where they know the fish.

that thing you get just moments after you needed it.
Yeah, DF, what are you afraid if?
Not a problem. Here tis.
Karens Crab Rice
2 - 3 Cups of cooked rice (the sticky/gummy
rice works best)
1 - chopped onion
10 - Slices Bacon (more if you love pork)
Olive oil
1 - Dozen picked crabs (more is better)
Fry the bacon, remove bacon from pan and crumble it up to use later.
Use the bacon grease to brown the chopped onions.
Stir cooked rice into the bacon grease and chopped onions…mix well.
Add a little olive oil. Just a bit.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and crab meat.
Add a little pepper and serve.
You can vary the amount of each ingredient based on likes/dislikes. That is the beauty of this recipe, there really is no bad way to make it. It is actually even better reheated. Dirt simple but very tasty!
Enjoy!
