I’ve fished blue crab on a few occasions and made sure I only kept legal sized crab. My question is, if you are cutting them up to use smaller pieces are you at risk of being in violation since you can’t prove they were legal to begin with?

I ONLY USE THE UNDERBELLY AS BAIT AND PUT THE WHOLE OUTERSHELL IN COOLER IN CASE LEOs WANT PROOF ; ALSO BE MINDFUL OF HARVEST LIMITS UNLESS YOU GOT A POCKETFULL OF MONEY FOR THE FINES :face_with_head_bandage::face_with_head_bandage::face_with_head_bandage:
