Crank Baits for Reds??

Yes? No? If so, what do they like? Shallow runners? Square bills? Or do they not like moving/reaction baits like the bass do? Sharks like em as do sea trout… Strike King square bills size 1.5 worked along grass works for the trout so far as does the soft plastic jerk bait.

Have had no luck so far with the crank bait or lipless crank bait yet. Still chunking and winding. If you have any info to share on crankin’ in the salt. Would love to hear it. Thanks gents!

they work! oysters around low tide and docks anytime. caught some real good ones at jetties with deeper cranks.
