New fly I tied last week…wanted to see what y’all thought. The bass chewed this fly pretty good on friday. Caught 12 including some pigs and one with a tag! Black drum ate it too. Calling it the Creek Bunny.

- Little bit of bucktail and copper flash
- Light brown zonker tail
- White cross-cut zonker palmered
- Chart crystal hackle
- Purple chenille body
- More copper flash under the eyes
- white painted eyes
I use chartreuse thread for almost all of my flies…no reason…just do. After friday, this may be my go-to fly. Ready to try it out in the grass this summer.
