Son and i fished the Ashley up near the 526 bridge Sat 10/18/25 high to low early morning till early afternoon , very familiar of this area but noticed the tide flow was very slow to almost no flow , it usually rips along both in and out going . Water level fell but it was more like pulling the plug on a bathtub , boat would just drift around like a cork in a pond . Am i just imagining this or stupid 
Probably the wind and the tide chart said it wasn’t gonna get that low Saturday.
A lot of water was coming out of the woods from that rain a week ago.
Was the water coffee colored?
Did y’all catch any?
slight tint to water , managed a few dink specks , one sardine size blue , and one slot red ; all on MMs . Still better than a day at work but a wasted day for a retiree to spend
