Can you print me some $100 bills:smiley: I can send you a photo of one, but haven’t seen a real one in years!

And are they flexible as well? Working good for you?

Yes! Certainly. But it only makes sense to do something custom. Let me know what you are thinking.

Yes they are flexible just like the ones from TH Marine. Tested yesterday on the lake and they worked great.

curious… why are you blocking your thru hull drain?

It’s not blocked. It’s a rubber flap that allows water out but restricts it from coming in too

thanks … so if that flap fails, the boat takes on water ? is that drain from the bilge or deck?

These are drain ports for the bottom deck. NauticStar boats have self-bailing as a standard option. If the flap fails water will come in…but only if the deck drain hole drops below the water level…typically water pressure seals up the hole on the transom by pressing against the flap. Its similar to ball value that prevents return pressure…

Could you do some of these? My Mckee has this style and while they still work fine, it would be cool to get some custom made. In thinking orange, with a tiger paw in the center…???

I think so…But I would need to measure the piece or get a schematic to design it. The lower cost option would be to print a flat piece that you would glue on.

I can do Orange on White or vise versa

What would you charge to make a set without the insignia?
Or a set with “Sailfish” logo.
If I bought you a roll of the yellow, you can keep the leftovers.

It’s not worth it to you for a plain set. And it depends on your custom needs…

If you are interested in a set and pricing please send an email to markandcandyingle@gmail.com

Finally got some time to play with more filament and print some flaps. Can’t believe the detail I can get with my printer. The tiger paw has the crack in the lower right but you cannot see it in the picture.
