Custom Cooler/Rod Rack for 2" receiver?

Is there anybody local that builds custom cooler/rod rack for 2" receivers? I need one for the back of my Jeep that can hold a 165 qt cooler. All of the ones I’ve found online are too small for the larger coolers. Here’s an example of what I’m looking for:
