Has a few minor imperfections but is extremely nice and has never been mounted. 5 rod holders with inserts, can be used in many applications, such as on transom or wherever. When mounting pads are flat, I think the rods are at about a 20 degree angle. 24 1/4 inches from mounting pad center to mounting pad center. Total length is 37 1/2 inches. Great for trolling also. Located in Columbia area but travel down to Charleston area several times a month. A steal at $90
