Custom trolling motor mount

Does anyone in the Charleston area have the ability to fabricate a deck trolling motor similar to the Birdsall? They want nearly $200 and it seems that it could be fabricated for much less by a local shop!!

I’d pay $200, they were like 300-350. I doubt anyone would fab one up for much less.
