I found a place online for the windshield, but doing templets for something like a windshield via mail-order scares me. [:I]
I’d rather haul the boat a little ways and get it done right the first time.
The console has some odd contours up top, too…
Here’s what I need it for:

Bob Fisher @ Emerald Welding in Greenwood used to make custom machine guards by bending Lexan.
I’m sure some other machine shops are experienced on that type of work, but he’s done a lot of work for me and it is always top quality. Give him a shout if you can’t find it closer.
Check with Dickie Fields at Fields Ornamental Iron and Welding. He does a lot of custom aluminum stuff and is local. 7142 Cross Country Road. 552-9432 or 552-4183

see you are in camden. there is a place on james island that can bend any kind of windshield you want. they are on camp road about half way to fort johnson road.i cant remember the name but they bent one for my bay boat made the exact height i wanted drilled it and had all the rubber grommets for mounting. the price was good. after the shield get van gundy or googer to build the grab rail to custom fit.
Geechee & Affinity – I wonder if y’all are talkin’ about the same person/place? I would really like to talk to someone over the phone to get an estimate. I’d kinda need a place that could do it while I wait…or in a few hours while I’m down there. It’s about 2.25 hours to get down that way.
I do appreciate the help!
