Customer Service

I bought a Fulton F2 trailer jack from Boaters World in 2008. The gears came apart week before last, pin broke. I went to West Marine to get a new jack. I was talking to the person there and she asked what kind I had. She looked it up and Fulton has a lifetime warranty. Customer service there, she could have sold me one. I called Fulton and they sent me a gear kit. I installed it today and it appears that a pin or something that had broken off the old one is grinding somewhere down the shaft and I cannot get it out. I called and explained and they are shiping me a new unit. Just asked me to send a couple pictures to be sure it was not completely abused. solid customer service there!

Good to know people stand behind their products.

Good stuff Joby! Next time I need a trailer jack I’ll look at Fulton!

After looking at the embedded link, I saw that the Fulton F2 is a winch, not a trailer jack. I need to replace the trailer jack on my utility trailer, so I will see if Fulton makes them also.

While the link takes you to a winch, the Fulton F2 is alive and well as a trailer jack, Rick. Try this link…

This site sometimes adds a link automatically as it did with Joby’s post. That was not his error.

It’s called Viglink. It picks up on certain key words and turns them into hyperlinks. I assume it’s some type of ad revenue generator for the the CF site.
Here is the opt out link.

That will disable it in your browser.
