when you exit Schooner Creek into the big “bay” there, turn right, head towards Bass Creek and stay 50 yards off the bank, all the way to Cummings Point…as you start the left hand slow “bend” there will be a mud flat on your left…

Wweeeeellllllll... that is a pretty good map, right there.

That last zoom-in of the "Cut’ looked very good, too.
