ive been wanting to buy a new dslr. the d90 seems to be the one to buy. i just have a hard time spending that kind of money on a camera that has been out for 2 1/2 years. anyone heard if there is a newer “version” of this camera on the way? i just dont want to spend alot of money on a camera, just to have a better one hit the market a month later.

I am not a Nikon guy…but their newest camera is the D7000

I have seen reviews that say the D7000 is Nikons best camera under $7500, which is fantastic considering it costs ~$1200 for the body

I have the D90 and love it. Easy to use, a must for the technologically challenged.
