This! We had already left 10 points on the field in the first half and we were pretty close to 2 picks. If Dabo wanted to be a dick the headline would have be “Clemson hangs 80+ on rival”. I don’t think your defense would have improved any throughout the game.
This is probably a poor play by the coots who will likely be outclassed next year too. We might not (probably wont) be playing for Championships next year and will likely have a QB that needs all the reps he can get.

Dabo had the scout team in, and ran the ball on 4th down. I hardly call that classless. It’s not his fault that USC’s starting defense couldn’t stop the SCOUT team.
