Darn Good Service

Well I carried the boat to Bulls Bay Marine. I am pleased to say the service was excellent, price was resonable and turn around was good. I got annual service, new water pump impeller, and they noticed when they pulled my prop that the hub was cracked. They contacted me and asked if I wanted them to replace the hub while they had the prop off. They told me it would still work but would probably leave me somewhere I didnt want to be left, so it was replaced. They gave me all the old parts and even sanded the bottom of the foot and sprayed some fresh paint on it for me to rub off in the flats. They said there was zinc primer underneath and top coated with yammie silver. Looks good as new. When I picked it up the checked the oil one last time and topped it up just before I left. Living on IOP this sure is convenient and service was tops. They also will do mobile service if you are in a squeeze. They had just returned from a little rescue from someone whose hydralic steering had gone out and needed to get boat home. The service for me was as good as I could expect, and as good as I have gotten in 40 years of being in boats.

Glad to hear that you had a good experience. Those are good people over there. Definitely going to take my boat there from now on.

Here Here,

I used Bulls Bay marine for a couple of minor DIY jobs on motor last week. I would rather use the day to fish that do the job.

The service, turnaround and pricing was very nice. The location is very convienent.

Looking forward to having you guys in Mt. P for awhile. We sure do need another option.
