Dawnbreaker 6/9 Blue Marlin

Left City Marina at 4:00 am. Headed towards the 380 hole. We found some life 10 miles short of the hole. Had lines in by 7:00. Started picking up dolphin almost immediately. Around 9:00 we had a blue come into the spread. She hit a naked ballyhoo first and ended up a black and purple dart. She put on a great show. We fought her for about 45 minutes until we we able to stick her with a tag and release her for another day. Ended the day keeping 8 nice dolphin and releasing the 250 lb blue. Thanks to a great crew for all their help.

ps We found out that our radio would not broadcast. Otherwise you would have probably heard us on the radio.
