Day Excursion Ideas for Nassau

Will be in Nassau for one day in February with family of 7 (ages 3 - 60). Any suggestions what to do?

Atlantis, good time for the whole family.

Anyone do any night fishing there? I gotta go in late Jan and March but work during day. Staying in Atlantis.

You gotta love the South Carolina Lowcountry.

OK, back from Atlantis. One boat captain was getting $800 for whole day; said he ran about 30 mi to fish. Didn’t end up having the whole day to go- had to work some. Anyone have any specific recs for any captains for trolling? Do they usually run that far from Nassau?

Atlantis- stayed a Reef, was nice (I have no child-age kids). Ocean Club and One and Only were beautiful- only went for dinner and drinks. I must say, $18 and tip for a 3" chocolate cake for desert seemed rather pricey even for a resort.

Nassau for dinner- tried Cafe Matisse twice for dinner. Any other suggestions? I have to return in 3 weeks and in June.

As greenhornet said - Senor Frogs is time for food and drinks!

Go to Senor Frogs when I stay at British Colonial (Hilton) since it’s close by. Any other suggestions further in town?

i’ll be there monday. when i get back i’ll try and have some info for you.

Headin back Thursday. Ever try the Poop Deck for casual seafood? Thought I’d give it a go this time.
