You should have her visit a lot more often !

I am curious on that spincaster as well. I had a guy telling me he wanted to buy one for saltwater inshore. I told him they traditionally did not have very good guts and thought having all of that saltwater spinning around inside that casing would just eat that thing to pieces. Nice mess of fish by the way.

That is a classic addition to the photo!!

I had an old Zebco that I pulled out of the water at the pier by our house in Florida. Dad took it apart and smeared heavy grease all over it and I used it to catch many a pinfish and whatever else would bite off the pier.

“Why Bruce?”

That is my nephews little zebco and tackle box, yes I do use a spinning reel to throw top water, been using multiple colors in the super spook Jr, just got to get out early

can’t catch em on the couch

Or I should say a open face spinning reel

can’t catch em on the couch

Very nice! Have any luck on the rising tide or typically just falling?

Nice mess of trouts

My Dad, who died many years ago, ONLY used Zebco 303s. He could tear them down and fix them and he always had at least 2 spares. It’s what I learned to fish with. Very nice mess of fish sir!!
