Captain Bobby already posted a report from our awesome day but i wanted to add to it. A bunch of friends fished to celebrate Brian Oquins 30th bday and we were blessed with a flat awesome and an awesome fish bite. The pictures show we kept 8 wahoo and 8 tuna. Will Bobo caught the new trident tuna at 29.6lbs and it was his first time ever offshore!!! Congrats to Will. We had a constant wahoo bite all day and lost several near the boat and almost had a monster on the kite. The wind didn’t cooperate to fly the kite for too long. We got the big tuna at 12:30 midday so it is proof that the tuna don’t ONLY bite early or late.
Anna Bunch won lady angler for Charleston yesterday with her effort in landing the last fish of the day, our biggest wahoo right at 50 lbs.
