Failed parental strategies!! / Participation medals for coming in last. / more time spent on facebook leads to greater chances of depression. / people addicted to smartphones (so true) / instant gratification for most everything except your job . / amen to no cell phones in meetings or while working unless 100% for business purposes / Charge our phones away from the bedroom / Challenge yourself to not take the phone to the john with you.

Had a three week flagship training session for upper management in Charlotte and it is ridiculous to see how far the entitlement mindset has crept into our society. If an employee is doing wrong, don’t coddle him/her, discipline them and if that doesn’t work get rid of em!
