While fishing the Mount Pleasant Pier last week on the incoming tide we ran into some nice sheepshead. We were, of course, fishing the support columns and using clam strips as bait. In a small amount of time we were able to land 3 nice sheeps. A Carolina rig, consisting of one of our Owner hooks, a SSW size 2, with a 1/2 oz egg sinker and 20 lb. mono leader was the ticket this day. Stop by PSA for all your fishing needs, and then hit any pier or piling as the sheep bite is starting to heat up!
