December Tournament Results and TOTY Results

Midlands Striper Club held its monthly Lake Murray tournament out of Acapulco SC on December 17, 2016. 24 teams participated in the MSC December Tournament. A total of 39 striped bass were brought to the scales weighing a total of 277.51 pounds with a 7.12 pound average. 18 teams were able to bring a full two fish creel to the scales.

Finishing in first place with a total weight of 18.89 pounds, including the Nichols Store Big Fish of the day of 11.63 pounds, was Team Red Fin.
Finishing in second place with a total weight of 18.73 pounds was Team Landlocked.
Finishing in third place with a total weight of 17.30 pounds was Team Rocky Bottom.
Finishing in eleventh place with a total weight of 13.55 pounds was Team Reel Guys.
Finishing in eighteenth place with a total weight of 9.87 pounds was Team Seine Crew.
Smallest creel went to Team Keepin’ It Reel with a total weight of 4.25 pounds.
Lady Angler Award went to Debbie Alewine from Team Jon Boy.
Youth Angler Award went to Colton Frady from Team Catchall.
The Palmetto State Armory Fishing Outpost prize went to Team Stone Age.
