Looking to get two or three. General uses, day/night time, don’t care about temps and GPS location just good RELIABLE pics.
Who is good? What to get ad what to avoid?
Thanks

Got tow cheap $50 Stealth cam on Amazon. Overall pretty impressed
I know you highlighted reliable and it has been a little flukie at times, particularly when I first got it. Had a few times where I got almost no pictures despite the fact that I knew deer were there. However the last few weeks they have worked pretty well IMO.
5 megapixles isn’t enough to see in detail at a distance but it won’t eat up your hard drive as quickly and will do a decent time of telling you what as there and when.
I think I will continue to use them for general scouting next year and break down and buy a nicer one for quality control, switching it with the other cameras to see if I’m missing anything important or get a better picture of a target buck.
Here are some sample pictures showing still, moving, night, day, and distance. I know a better camera will get me better pictures but IMO this one gets enough good pictures to give me the information I need about the herd.

Price range is what it needs to be to get a good system. Don’t want to go crazy, but…
Looks like this guy has 7 points on one side. A cheap Moultrie
Hunting, fishing, and poker are my sports. Work when necessary.
I love the Moultrie 990s and have several at my place. About $105 shipped to your door off of ebay. Quality is good, certainly not RECONYX, but plenty good enough for me to see what I’m dealing with.
