Delaware is cold and no fish are biting

Hello,

I have a 3 day weekend coming up and I need to get where it is warm and the fishing is good.

I saw Sunday’s high might be almost 70 degrees in the Charleston area and I wanted to ask how the bite is down your way?

The moon and tides look great for Sunday. Smaller redfish are schooled up and easy to catch in large numbers if you want to mess with them. The trout bite has been solid around structure. The big reds have been finicky and are hit or miss depending on location. I’ve been catching more small to medium black drum this winter than in years past too. If you have the time and the weather looks good you can definitely catch enough fish to stay entertained.
