A friend went out Sunday and caught some fish for me. Pan seared sea bass over cous cous, topped with peppers corn and sausage for flavor.
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

Can’t say I’ve ever smothered some good fish with all that stuff… But it sure does look good Fritz.
I have to agree with the Mechanic, you have some good friends. BSB especially big enough for some nice fillets is some fine eating. I have almost quit battering and deep frying, doing most all fish pan seared in olive oil… sometimes a little butter.
