Had Friday off so hit the park early. Bite on all morning, 3 flounder on mud minnows, all big boys, 4 trout 1 gator 3 15" plus all on live shrimp, and one pup red and one 27" red released, caught one on shrimp, one on finger mullet. Nice dinner for me and the wife this weekend:)
Nice catch. No way I would keep posting these reports.
You might have a point there my friend, while I have never been crowded out of my spot one reason is I like to fish early am, the attention to my posts could find me regretting it at some point. A buddy of mine pm’d me the same message on here. Still like to give others advise and teach them how I do it. Guess I have done that enough already.
A few people have pm’ed me and I have decided not to post anymore of my catches from Demetre on here from a good while. I have fished the park for 3 years, and have had more and better luck here than fishing over many years at most of the area rivers. Just a small sampling of what I have caught at Demetre. It has been awesome meeting and fishing with fellow CF members and giving out my advice and knowledge on this board, but people are worried the park will get overcrowded as many people have already discovered the park for its fishing not to mention spectacular views from the Harbor. I also want to be able to fish here for years to come. Maybe by next Spring I will be ready to show off my catches again.
Honestly, I have no issues helping others. I share a lot of infornation with people who I have met. Heck, sometimes it only takes the effort of sending me a PM and I will share info, even if we haven’t met. But, posting specifics that 1000’s of people can read for the next 100 years is not only unnecessary, but harmful to others and your own kids in the future. So, help all you want! Just keep it small and private.

Great post! Don’t quit and let the whiners win. It will only give them the feeling that their whining got results and encourage them to whine more. Please help stop the whiners. Keep posting.
Post the coordinates and some pictures of the spot where you were standing when you caught these fine fish. Show them that you will not be bullied or intimidated
