What is the best way to remove chalk oxidation and shine up old diamond non skid decks? For the flat surfaces i’m using a wet sand, cutting compound, and wax to bring back the shine. i’m not sure how to do the same on the non skid. thanks for insight
If it were me, I would just clean the non skid surfaces really well. I work at a boat manufacture and all of our non skid surfaces aren’t glossy to reduce glare and reflection of light. Can’t really think of a way you get into the grooves between the nonskid. Just my .02. Hope it helps

Lots of compound and lots of clean wool pads. That’s all you can do.
Tall Sail Marine
Super fine Scotch brite pads.
I use the maroon colored ones. Spray the surface with water, sprinkle on Comet and go to work.

The "Penn"sion Plan
Woodywax
Expensive so read on it before spending $$$
Can’t beat those green Scotts pads, can buy by the big box at Sams for little or nothing. I have always had the maroon color bleed with me!
