Wuz lookin’ out my winda’ and saw two cornish hens strutin’ 'cross my yard…so i takes off 'cross the yad afta dem hens and after much chasin pen dem down in da gardan…grab 'em up with a few veggies and headed to da house…heres dinner with my “catch”

marinated teriyaki / orange marmaalde cornish hens
fresh steamed veggies
brown/jasmine rice with mushrooms
homemade garlic cheese biscuits
(I love these new All natural Kona Coast Marinades!!1add a little more honey and orange marinade and brished inside and out prior to baking and 10 minutes before taking out…took some of the chicken drippings for the veggies…quick and easy dinner!
